I am studying international perspectives in the early years and carrying out a comparison of USA and UK. Could really do with some help! Are there any useful websites I could use regarding the types of pre school care offered? Any leaflets or info would be great. I've basically got to do presentation on the types of theories of play and philosophies behind practice in the early years.

Im not sure what you are looking for exactly but, in the US children 0-3 can attend a daycare which is like a preschool, just for younger children while 4years olds(sometimes 3 yr. olds as well) are in official preschool. The preschool is all about preparing the children for kindergarten. This includes, hands-on activities, pre-reading skills, math skills , social interaction with peers, learning listening skills etc. In most cases pre-school can be costly, around $160 a week per child in suburban areas. Parents also have the option of a preschool at a local church as well, which usually costs less but usually does not run all day, an issue for working parents.In some lower income cities though, pre-school (ages 3-4) is government funded in order give those children a "Head start". Children start kindergarten at age 5 in a regular school.

while i wanted to keep my child home until kindergarten, when we found out our son was on the spectrum (aspergers syndrome) it became much more important for him to learn the skills he would need to navigate mainstream kindergarten, so he is in a blended (half IEPs half "typical") pre-k class and learning valuable social skills and structure that will allow him to transition with more tools to succeed. 1. i believe, its a parents choice but at home or at school a child's mind should be challenged 2. some children (like my son) may benefit more from it than others 3. parent involvement should be a large part of any early childhood education!

Can any body tell me, How and from which country and college or university can i get the free education?I have IELTS 5.0 Band

I just wanted to know the exact number for sure because I like school and education and How many 5.0 GPA students are there in the world with straight A+'s all through and college in everything with the actual +'s?

Um, there is no one out there who knows that exact number. I would say that probably 3/4 of the schools in the U.S. have at least one valedictorian with a perfect G.P.A., and some have more.
